yogurt land is the best yogurt stop of the world... well at least we think so...... you do it yourself there......... totally and 100% by yourself... then weigh it, then pay, and eat! it is yummy. and healthy for you too..... helps boost metabolism, fights lactose intolerance, boosts immune system, lowers cholesterol.... its crazy ice cream can be good and healthy at the same time! who would have thought ice cream was good for you.... well at yogurt land, it is! of course once you get to the topping station the healthiness all changes if you add candy... but they do have fresh cut fruit... riley-rae seems to like the fresh strawberries... :)

... disneyland ... again...
we have passes... so we venture over to disneyland quitea few times a month... we went yesterday after i finished doing the Hedrick event... we had a blast, although it is getting rather crowded, no matter the time of day or week, it is always so packed with people. but we managed to still have fun and ride a few of the rides...

riley was so sad at the lady that closed the gate on her because we had to wait a second time to get on the ride... but little does she know its the best place to be because she got first choice on a cup to ride in....

... katie and mike move to VA ....
well, Katie is Eric's sister and she was married last June to Mike Stuck.... They have been living with Eric's parents since they were married... Katie decided to do a job transfer to Virginia.... so anyhow, this all came about 5 weeks ago, she began commuting to and from and then decided they should move there! They packed up and moved on May 24 for there long journey across the US... yes, they are driving! They had a moving company move their stuff and one of their cars, so its not too bad of a deal! Anyhow, we look forward to seeing pix from them soon as they settle into married life on their own now! Congratulations on the big move, Katie and Mike! What a great opportunity! We're very happy for them.
here are some photos Eric took at their going away party on May 23rd...
you can click on any pix on this whole entire blog to enlarge the view size..... as some are small and hard to see detail.... :)

... little corona ...
.....little corona will always hold a special place in our hearts.... it is where Eric proposed to me at the very end of 1999... it is where we always ventured when we were searching for a long walk and long talks, and it is a place we often take pictures for special times in our lives.... well, today was just one of those special days that we thought would make a great time and day to take pictures and walk the beach. we love looking at all of the wonderfully large and amazing homes.... the luscious gardens that boast each front porch.... and the sound of the waves crashing as we do all of these things... we love it here. we will miss it once we sell our home and move a far distance that doesn't allow this to be a place to visit often... but it will be a place we go to when we are here in California... and it will always be a special place, that holds a special place in our hearts....
a bit blurry... we had the camera set on the wrong setting...so sad :( darn. oh well, best of luck when relying on a tripod and a self timer... not bad for the circumstances, right?

... alana and aunt pam were here ...
Eric's aunt Pam was here with her daughter Alana. Pam is Eric's, dads, sister.... whew! confusing... anyhow. they came down to see Eric's other cousin, Tricia's play. Pam, Ben and their two daughters Charlotte and Alana live up by Sacramento... We didn't get to see them for very long, but at least they got to meet Riley and see Caelan for maybe only the second time... so that was nice!

.... house for sale, anyone ....
so, many of you have been emailing and calling asking what is going on over here in our household.... a lot of talk has been going on... and it isn't rumors... we are selling. and we are looking to move. i mentioned in a previous blog that we loved Idaho and would love to live there. Well, that's is just it, we are looking at moving there. Eric has really great job prospects, and that seems to be falling into place... Our house went on the market on May 4th. We have since had one open house and are having another one this weekend. We have made a decision so we figured it was time to let all of you know whats going on. This way you can pray for our journey as it continues on. We are very thrilled with this decision and cant wait to settle our family in Idaho. we have found numerous houses we would move into tomorrow. Finding a house there is easy because it is all so affordable and they are all very large homes on nice size lots.

so... we will see what happens. We feel Gods total peace about this decision. We feel very anxious and worried about our house selling, but we have to pray and trust that God is leading us to Idaho for a reason, and we felt such a peace about listing our house. So, we know we feel Gods hand in this, so we have to rely on Him to see things through. As long as we are taking the right steps at allowing this process to take place, things should go according to His plan and purpose for our family.
we will keep you posted on the coming days... as things unfold..... Eric will be going for his interview and we will be looking at a builder up there that we have decided to buy from. So we will keep you update on all of that! Please pray for us..... this is a very exciting time, but there is so much that needs to happen... So peace is what we need. And lots of prayers. :) we love you all! and appreciate your support and love you have shown us. :)
... our photography student ...
"look mommy my TOOOYYYYSSS"
Caelan has always been interesting in taking pictures, but I always thought she was too little. Well we got a new camera, so I thought maybe I would let her start playing with the old one, with supervision of course....... and all be darned.... she takes some decent pix. I was cracking up... So her and I took pictures of each other taking pictures. It was cute and fun... and made me realize she is growing up all to fast! Time flies so quickly...
"heres my ol' potty seat... Its for Riley cause I dont need this anymore...."
(this was a shot by caelan)
"oh thats my mommy!!" ( yes, caelan took this shot!)
"look daddy, its me in that picture....." ( and yes, she took this pix too)
( her mommy took this one obviously)
We have a lot of fun with our girls, and today made me realize that all over again how much fun we have, and how blessed we feel. The laughter that come with each day. The smiles on our faces.... and all because of them and the joys they bring.... what a gift!
