Hard waiting for the boat to sell. We've been mislead by quite a few buyers.... One wanted to buy it and Eric drove up to orange county to deliver it and the guys wife bought a boat and surprised him and he forgot to call Eric and let him know..... Then another guy called last night and we negotiated the price and he Said he'd meet us last night and never did.... We called the same guy this morning and he said he forgot about it all..... Really? How did you forget you were buying a boat??? So then he said, "yeah, I still wanna buy it, I'll get the money and call you." he didn't call back but his sister did and said she's in charge of his trust money..... She said she was going to get the cashiers check ready and he'd drive over and get it.... Guy called back and said his sister transferred the money and he'd go get it drawn up and meet us at albertson's grocery store parking lot.... That has now been four hours ago..... He called back once more and said he wanted to know of other websites he could find a Maxum boat listed, Eric said, "um, this is a steal of a deal and you won't find a better deal...." guy agreed and said, "yeah I wanna buy your boat so bad, I'll meet you in a bit...." and now we have sat around all day waiting..... Not sure if we have it sold or not. Such odd odd awful circumstances of getting our hopes up and getting let down..... Praying this guy calls and buys the darn thing from us. :( we are feeling so frustrated and defeated. But I'm trusting God had a plan. Trusting in his timing that this will all work out with someone at some point..... Or maybe God has another plan!? :(
